Who Built This
Not theory. Built by the people who do this work every day.
We are moms, therapists, and divorce experts on a mission to help families keep children in the center, not in the middle of divorce.
We specialize in helping parents shift from conflict to calm — supporting you in building a healthier co-parent dynamic rooted in respect, structure, and child-centered decision-making. Through practical tools, real-life strategies, and ongoing support, we help you build a co-parenting approach that actually works long-term — not just in theory.
If you've ever drafted a text to your co-parent three times before hitting send, replayed a hard conversation in your head, or just want things to feel less heavy for you and your kids — you're in the right place. We've been there. We get it. We can help.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Parents in the first three months of a divorce — or about to be. Whether you're a few days in or a few weeks in, the course is designed to meet you where you are and walk you through every decision that matters in the early months. If you're further along, Course 2 may be a better fit.
-
Roughly 4–6 hours of video lessons (broken down into 8-20 minute modules), plus downloadable worksheets and tools. Most parents work through it over 2–4 weeks, but you can move at any pace that fits your life. You have lifetime access — there's no deadline.
-
We recommend it for the first time through — each module builds on the one before, and the order matches the order the decisions typically come up. But once you've finished it, you can return to specific modules and tools any time something new surfaces.
-
No. This course is educational and practical — designed to give you tools, frameworks, and a clear plan. It is not a substitute for individual therapy, mental health care, or legal advice. We strongly recommend pairing the course with a therapist and a licensed attorney for your specific situation.
-
That's actually most of our clients. You don't need your co-parent on board to make a real difference. Most of the work — your communication, your regulation, your decisions — is yours alone to do. And the impact on your kids comes from how you show up, whether or not your co-parent ever does.
-
You'll be able to schedule a 60-minute private session with a Co-Parent Collective coach. Use it whenever it'll move the needle most — before you start, partway through, after a specific module, or when something hard comes up. We'll meet you where you are.
